Hi, My name is Leigh-Ann Friedlander. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child! It's going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventure and I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might want to know a little about me! I went to college at Keene State in New Hampshire where I majored in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education and Vocal Music. I have been teaching for almost 20 years. I hope to continue my education this winter and attain my Masters through William Paterson University.
I have lived in Sparta for 10 years now. I live with my daughter, Caitlin, who is 18 years old. I have been very active in the community. I was the Vice President of one of the beaches of Lake Mohawk for 4 years. During my free time, I enjoy cooking and gardening. I own an RV and love to go camping!
I love teaching young children. It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my students. I attempt to teach with a passion soo my students develop a desire to become life long learners.
